Just send a support ticket below and we will be happy to help you. 

Please cancel your account BEFORE your next payment is due and avoid leaving it to the last minute. We are in the USA so any date you see in your account is based on the US Central Time zone and so it is best to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your billing date to ensure you are not charged due to time differences. If you are paying using a payment plan and cancel before your payment plan is completed – you will lose access to the to the Med Elite Academy. 

Make sure you are logged in with the same email you purchased with.
